As part of a holistic regimen, yoga encourages intuition and helps in the development of inner guidance. Qigong In practicing qigong we will be cultivating our qi, or life energy to promote a vigorous health and spiritual balance. The gentle flowing movements, together with deep breathing focuses our concentration and qi, often resulting in a rejuvenating tingling sensation or warmth flowing through the body. When the qi flows freely it produces a state of relaxation and mental clarity known to reveal elusive spiritual insights.
